Prezentt Co-Founder Jeff Robson travels quite a bit, delivering both in-person and online instructor-led training courses without the hassle of printing materials, all using Prezentt.
His most recent experience and how Prezentt saved the day comes to mind:
Jeff, was running back-to-back international training courses in India, Papua New Guinea (finishing on Friday), then another course in Perth, Western Australia, starting on Monday.
Access Analytic, Jeff’s training company had recently updated their training format so he had to edit the slides and review course resources on the plane traveling back to Australia. That meant there was no time to get everything printed & bound, or create USB’s for everyone either.
Prezentt, the Life-Saver!
Prezentt was the training life-saver!
Jeff simply uploaded all his training slides, workbooks and resources into Prezentt.
This avoided all the printing & binding that would normally be required and meant everything could be completed without any external assistance.
This eliminated all the costly, time-consuming and environmentally unfriendly administrative processes.
Jeff simply walked in on Monday morning, all the participants connected to his course materials, and all had immediate access to everything.
Everyone found Prezentt easy to use, they automatically received PDF copies of the training materials, plus they added their own notes to the slides as they went through.
During the course he also uploaded newly created content into Prezentt, making it immediately available to everyone in the room.
Prezentt automatically tracked everyone’s attendance and this captured all the contact details of everyone on the course so Jeff could connect with each person on LinkedIn afterwards.
All the participants completed their evaluation forms at the end of the course and Prezentt prompted them to share their rave reviews with their social networks!
This is just one example of how Prezentt makes it easy for you and your attendees to interact.
